i using codeigniter , trying integrate os-ticket it. reason moving codeigniter user login work os-ticket log in.

hence created codeigniter library , trying load 'view.php' library.

i placed osticket files inside ../application/libraries/support/ folder. , calling require('support/view.php');

can let me know went wrong here or steps(config values) need take care while changing/moving files codeingiter library folder.

from understood, include_dir failed , hence require files might have failed load. code working if placed outside codeigniter folder.

you requiring file form ../application/libraries/support/ folder, think should use apppath constant provided ci.

require(apppath.'libraries/support/view.php');
