bootstrap btn-toolbar pull-right in navbar not working -

i using bootstrap 3 , trying keep buttons @ right on screens , browsers. on ie, buttons stay right, on chrome, on right on small screens. how make them stay right on screens. have tried pull-right buttons indiviudally no luck , have applied the btn-toolbar , still no luck. ideas on issue?

Create Outlook appointment via C# .Net -
