how use gpu-loadsensor grid engine? set nvidia gpus resource on cluster.

compile it. run --help give list of complex variables add complex configuration. add list of load_sensors in sge_conf. users can request defined resources in order route jobs right nodes.

it's load sensor not complete integration though.
